THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! The management are sweet as sugar when you move in, but find every way possible to bend you over when you move out. They are condesending, all the way up to the regional managers. They are rude, lie, and don't tell you things like in your lease there are carpet fees and painting fees totalling up to 500.00 or more that are automatic. I've never seen them NOT replace carpet, so there's 300.00 you're not getting back right off the bat. ---- Williams is the regional manager, and he is the biggest a hole i've ever talked to. He is arrogant and rude, and i hate the fact that i ever moved in here. The maintenance people are inept, forgetful, and generally unhelpful. Save yourself the greif, no matter what the prices are, DON'T MOVE IN HERE!! Believe the bad reviews, and save yourself from all the HASSLE and RUDENESS!!!!

I don't know what you're talking about, I received my whole deposit back. Maybe you destroyed your apartment, that's why you were charged! I loved living at Briar Cove & only moved because I changed jobs. I also have a lot of friends who still live there & love it! Sounds like you're the problem.

If your apartment is in good condition you will get your deposit back. I have been working for the company 8 years and there is NO AUTOMATIC FEES when you move out. It's pretty simple, if the apartment is in good condition you will get your deposit back. If you have large holes in your walls, NOT nail holes, you will get charged.If your carpet is destroyed,you will get charged. We do not replace the carpet after every resident because the carpet is usually in great condition and would only need a steam clean. We would like your move out process to be easy not a hassle. It's pretty simple, 30 day written notice, we ask why you are moving, and you turn in your keys with a forwarding address for us to send you your deposit and you are on your way. If you would like to do a walk through with the manager so you will know of any damages you can do that as well. It is not a hassle and we are not rude about it.

You people are crazy- of course you will say that WORKING for Briar Cove!! (DUH) And you replace carpet 99% of the time, we've watched a bunch of people move out, talked to half of them and the majority did not enjoy living there, so put that in your pipe and smoke it. You and your staff are rude and i don't even care anymore to argue with you. I've moved out, and i'll never give you a good reference. Briar Cove is the biggest dump i've ever lived in, and the funny thing is that i paid the most for it. As for the people that think I'm the problem, it sounds like you need to slap your momma for raising you wrong. Nice manners. You don't even know me. You know what assumptions do, makes an a** out of you. Peace.

This person is out of his/her mind. Briar Cove is a great place to live. The maintaince people respond quickly, the snow is shoveled immediately and they are always on top of the outside maintaince. In addition, the office staff is wonderful. I've lived here for almost four years and NEVER had an issue that could not be resolved.

I'm in agreement, this guy must have wrecked his apartment completely. The maintenance people are great and we had many issues that needed to be fixed and within 24 hours(usually within 4 hours) everything was taking care of. This goes from a simple things like kitchen lights being out to us needing a new dryer and dish washer (got both within 24 hours of them determining this was the issue). Show is shoveled immediately, office staff is great and helpful, walls are thick and I never hear any of my neighbors. To be honest, the only complaints I have is parking can be limited and nobody cleans up after their dog, but that is the idiots that live here not Briarcove.
