Apartment is noisy. Plymouth Rd. noise can be excessive (depending on location). The heating/AC unit is located within the living area, which adds to the noise level. The thin walls mean you can hear noisy neighbors pretty well too.

Terrible electrical system in our apartment; nearly all the outlets in the living room/dining/kitchen area are on the same circuit, so the breaker tends to flip regularly.
