I would recomend Broadview apartments. My 2 bedroom had 2 full baths and tons of room. We had a very large balcony that was surrounded by trees making it very private. Yes there were some bugs around the balcony as some have said in their posts, but they were box elder bugs from the box elder trees. These little guys are harmless and mainly sit in the sun on the outside if the back of the building. big deal. The apartments are not new but well maintained.(I can speak for the seven units Ihve seen) The management was very responsive to all our maintenance calls and responded quickly. Great price and much nicer than the other apartments in the area. They also had a private shuttle bus that would take us to central campus and back.
