She is never available, office is empty more often than not; simply ignores mail or letters of concern, has "favorite" tenants that get anything, others can't get basic repairs done. Recently has been renting to really "undesirable" people, the place is turning into a ghetto (and I am NOT referring to race, I'm talking about the QUALITY of the people). The ONLY thing that made this a good place to live was the maintenance man Todd - he would go out of his way to do things for ANY tenant- and now that he is leaving, FORGET it - I wouldn't let a dog rent here, am leaving this month. Carpets are cheap and awful, smell from former tenants and she won't approve to have them replaced. Go somewhere else for the same money or less - except for late August and September apts are a dime a dozen in Ann Arbor.

You don't really make sense. You can't get a basic repair done but you only stay because of the maintenance. That doesn't really make sense. By the way I used to be a District Manager of ten properties and they can't really do anything as far as screening residents as long as they meet the requirments set forth by the company otherwise they would be in voilation of fair housing. Perhaps you should think about what you are saying before you bash on someone or a business. I find it hard to believe that there is never anyone in the office for you to speak to and that your letters or notes are not responded to.
