Worst apartment experience ever . . . .

I have been renting different apartments since 1998, and this is the worst one I've ever come across.
Although I have a million complaints, the one gripe I was always angriest about was the laundry situation. There's a laundry room, and you have to pay a "laundry fee" at the beginning of the year, which basically forces you to use their facilities (or pay twice for your laundry). This wouldn't be a bad situation, except their facilities are HORRIBLE - it is nothing for a dryer to take 3 hours for a load of clothes. With so many people living in the complex, it's horribly inefficient.
