For a college apartment, this is about as good as it gets. I agree with the previous reviewer that the laundry situation is slightly frustrating, but it is managable. However, you must keep in mind that these apartments are largely intended to house UofM students. Keeping this in mind, the place is great, and the landlord is amazing. They are always friendly, and repairs are always done within 48 hours. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
