I lived here for a semester on a sublease. The management was absolutely ridiculous about some things. First they tried charging me to "replace" a tv stand because we had two in our apartment and were only "authorized" to have one. They gave me the extra one when I went to the office and asked for it,and it was still there in perfect condition when i left so i refused to pay to replace something they still had that wasn't damaged. They also flipped out on us for having a beer pong table because it tarnished the image of the complex (please, its a student complex, no one cares). On the up side, the apartments are pretty big, even with having 3 people in a 2 bedroom place. I was in a single level apartment, and one room was much bigger and had a giant walk in closet, making it pretty comfortable with two people. The living rooms are also pretty large and we liked that the couch provided was a sectional. Only having one parking spot included was a little frustrating, but there was usually a lot of street parking available within a 3 block radius. The kitchen is also insanley small in the lower level apartments.

We didn't have any maintenance issues while we lived there, but I knew the people who lived in it the year before us and they really trashed the place. When we moved in a week after they moved out, it was definited restored to a much better condition. I'm not sure how often they replace the furniture, but most of the apartments were getting new couches when we moved in (we opted to keep ours because it didnt seem old and was way more comfy) and we had all new desks and beds brought in when we moved in.

The best parts of living there - cable, internet, water, and heat included in super high rent, and they have dishwashers!
