If you just drive though, it's not enough. Apartments are good size. Maintenance is good - responsive most of the time. Staff is always friendly. They are doing community events now - nice to meet neighbors outside my building. In the summer, the grounds are beautiful - green while the rest of ann arbor/ypsi is crispy and brown. Laundry is shared on 1st floor - but don't have to wait for other people to finish theirs very often.
I live on the first floor, single woman on her own. No problems.
Neighbors are cool. Some parties get loud, but not a weekly event. Never had to complain to office about it. Parking can get tight sometimes, but I got a carport to solve that issue - reasonable price for it.
