Ilived here for 2 years and I must say that things went downhill. There was black mold in our apartment that maitenece just painted over instead of removing it. We also had more than one leak in the ceiling form the plumbing above, which maitenece tokk days to fix. Poor insulation and old windows which made our heat & electric bills high. The tires were stolen off of our car, and someone was beaten up in the parking lot. We decided to move after the quality of life factor was reduced greatly, and we could smell our neighbors smoking weed in our apartment. The lights in the parking lot were burnt out for 8 months, and there was never aparking space left after 7pm. Convienient location, but not really worth it.
