Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Loud...very, very loud. Mostly kids though. I mean little ones that run through the buildings at 8 everymorning shrieking. Maintenance never fixes anything properly (if they do it at all). Took them 6 weeks to replace our dishwasher. Put a cabinet door on crooked so now it doesn't close at all. They also make you pay for water and trash removal. Sprung that on us right after we signed our lease.
