Hi. I have been living at Glencoe Hills since March of this year. It is the worst place to live ever. There is no parking. I am forced to park either in a fire lane (which they don't seam to care about) or at a local business (at my own expense if I get towed). My stove never worked and they won't fix it. The fire alarm batteries in the hall have been dead since March and beep non-stop. The lock on my door is broken - they won't replace it. I have recieved notices for unpaid rent even though I paid on time every month in full. One month I was late by about 8 hours because I got stuck at work. They didn't want to hear anything about it and charged me huge late fees for paying on a Monday morning instead of a Sunday evening. The carpet is stained and ripped up. Management sucks. The washer/dryers don't work well. The hallways rarely get cleaned and they smell. They charge huge fees, including two months of extra rent if you try to break your lease - no exceptions - not even having to move for a job. Living at Glencoe Hills was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I can't wait until my lease is up.
