I CURRENTLY LIVE HEAR AS OF DEC 2003 IT IS PRETTY BAD THE DAMN CEILINGS DONT EVEN HAVE LIGHTS MY NEIGHBORS SMOKE WEED AND PRETTY LOUD ASS KIDS
