Getting more and more worse

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
We lived in these apartments for 3 years. First year, it was ok. Then thigs start getting worse. No snow removal, no lawn maintenance, any one can part in FIRE LINES''' Very bad neighborhood. You can see people fight, inside the building, literally!! No one cares to come to for maintenance on the first call. Bad carpets. Very bad management! Even if you have reserved parking lot, any one may park in it - and it is your headache to get rid of that guy or find another parking spot
