My only complaint about this place is that the rent is high and MY CAR GOT STOLEN FROM THE PARKING LOT. They did lower our rent after the first year but they can't do anything about the car. Maintanence was pretty good, they usually came the next day to fix the problem. The staff was very nice. They always seemed concerned about our problems and were very friendly. Parking was HORRIBLE. There is definitely not enough spaces and I usually just parked under the carports....eventhough I never paid for one, they don't check. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The windows were good but the "balcony" was kinda tacky. Who were they trying to fool by putting sliding doors with no balcony? This place isn't the best in Ann Arbor but it is definitely nice compared to the other scary places I looked at in Ypsilanti. I guess I was just lucky and got one of the nicer apartments in the complex.
