Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I lived in Glencoe Hills in 2000-2001. It was a good apartment for the price. ( I am used to living in more luxury style apts.)
Maintenance was pretty quick with requests.
We heard creatures scurrying in the walls, but we never had any problems with them IN the apartment. I had the master bedroom, it was a great size, the plumbing needed to be detailed a little bit better. But other than that it was good.
The way the kitchen is designed makes it a little dark in there. Depending on what building you get put in parking can be a pain. People park all over the place to compensate. Maintenacne staff did help me dig out my car a couple of times. Questionable neighbors though. But no personal criminal incidents.
Buildings connect through poorly lit, dark, damp, unlocked laundry rooms. Didn't like that so never did my laundry in building.
Beautiful floor to ceiling wall length sliding door windows in living room. Nice view from large living room. Second bedroom was a little on the small side I think. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
