Not the worst, but pricey for what you get

I'd rate it as average. I've been in worse places and it's pricey for what you get. The maintenance could be better, but they will fix problems only after complaints. How much effort does it take to change a hall light? Noise from neighbors above and below can be a problem too especially if the dog [theirs] won't shut up. Parking can be a hassle too.

That's how the maintenance process works: you notice a problem, i.e. hallway light out, you report it, they fix it. Questions?
