Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I think the problem is with the area (Ypsilanti/Pittsfield) not with Glencoe itself. If you want a safer neighborhood and are willing to pay much more move to Ann Arbor. Otherwise, Glencoe isn't a bad choice. Especially for those with pets.

Anyway, my wife and I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and haven't had any neighbor trouble.
