Too Expensive

For a two bedroom apartment the price is just too much. The security deposit is high, the maintenance is less than fantastic, and while I've never had any problems with my neighbors personally, the walls/floors here are very thin. If you don't mind a noisy living environment, it's not that bad, but if you're on a tight budget, look elsewhere.

Define expensive. This is not your place if you make minimum wage! You have to make a certain amount to live here!

In most cases at Glencoe, the security deposit is less than $200. Most other landlords require at least one month's rent for the security deposit, if not more. Something tells me you don't know what you're talking about.
