Bad Customer Service

I have been living in Glencoe apartments for several months. Their customer service is so bad that they have least respect for the customers. I would rather stay in roads than in glencoe hills drive. Not a good place for international customers.
The security is not that great after 10pm and you have parking problems all the time.
dont be surprised if you have scratches on the car.

please try to contact the director, everybody there are managers. they will not let you meet the director or senior managers.
