I was a prospective renter, but driving through the community scared the crap out of me. It must be some sort of subsidized housing or something....and if it isn't, people that rent there must be insane.

you drove through? doubt it. sounds like you never saw it. what exactly does subsidized housing look like? so where'd you end up? at some complex with no trees and garbage all over? this is the best in the area or I wouldn't live here!!!
