First of all - the maintenance sucks. I needed things fixed and I bugged the staff for at least 3 or 4 months until I got fed up and went to corporate - finally that forced them to send someone over to fix the stuff. It cost me 687 for a 1 bedroom and there is no washer and dryer in unit and it is NOISY. Not to mention the county jail is your neighbor. If I would have stayed there for another year it would have been 720 and that is NOT including my pet rent! I had a 1 bed 1 bath. Rediculous - this is not California! This is by far the WORST apartment experience I have ever had in my entire life - the associates are not nice and it is a poorly maintained property!
