Yeah the place looks alright, but it sucks. I currently live here and the hallways smell like ---, 24/7, some ------- are always cooking dirty diapers on the stove (thats what it smells like) Some ------ always leaves the security door outside open with a stick, which I always close it and I have a feeling he's going to axe our door down and kill us one day. Some ------ plays his Tuba 24/7, lots of shady characters. No lights in the bedrooms or living rooms, had to get own, laundry room blows, costs 2.50 to do one ------- load. No basketball courts, nothing. Just kids yelling and throwing soccer balls against your house all day. Kids are loud, smells like ---, kooks walking around 24/7, parking is alright where I live, but I think this place blows for the price.
Oh yeah, somebody got murdered here and thrown out the 2nd story window through the sliding glass door, pretty safe and secure.

4 tennis courts, 24-hour $150,000 fitness center, brand new pool table, volleyball court, playground, walking trail.....nothing, ha? Elliptical trainers, free weights, treadmills, bikes.....

a walking trail littered with dead bodies surrounded by a bog where the lochness monster presumably resides. 150,000$ fitness center, that's probably because the ------- morons probably bought all their ---- at best buy and some other shitshow store the value of that place is less than 10 grand and the 3 tvs that were stolen take up the majority of that and now the value is probably about 5,000 with the broken bench press and lat pull, basically all it is good for is running but I spit all over the treadmill so that's probably not a good idea. this place sucked ---- and I'm glad I'm gone.

McKinely is a very bad company. I have spoken with numerous folks who have had problems with their leases, and accounting. This company does not care about its tenants; only the value of their property and how much money it generates. There are more important things to renting than exercise equipment, tennis courts, and swimming pools that not everybody uses. It's the quality of life, safety, and a peaceful environment, which this place apparently lacks.
