When I lived here I was really disappointed. The rent was high and it is in the better part of the city, but the maintenance staff was below par and unprofessional I mean we lived there one month and they had to tear out the toilet and the man flirted non-stop which made me a bit uncomfortable. But, not only that everything that needed repaired needed re-repaired over and over again until I just got sick of it.
Though the property looks beautiful and I enjoyed the full access fitness room, I was glad to move out.
I only recommend this place if it's temporary--great for students but no one else.
