I lived in this dump for 10 months and believe *everything* negative you hear about this place, please! I asked for a particular apartment as I was out of town the summer before fall move-in and did not get it. Instead, I got an ant-infested apartment which took all of eight months to fix. If you didn't know, carpenter ants are brown (the color of the carpet and countertops) so they blend in. Basically, it took a few days to figure out what was going on, with the unpacking of boxes and such. To make a long story short, it was not worth my time (or your energy if you've bothered to check it out) as management (Yvonne) does not seem to make much of an effort to appease it's residents. If I am able to get one person to listen (PLEASE HEAR ME) you do not want to move here....the "free" Internet never works, even in the clubhouse; the weightroom is no fun (full of teens and the televisions were stolen right before X-Mas but never replaced); the pool is full of folks who don't live here; the windows are never washed (imagine walking up to your bldg. and dead larvae and leaves cover the wooded area windows); ANTS live in the carpet; my own carpet smelled of pet urine, yet they did not replace the carpet, instead, opting to "inject it with a needle" full of what substance I don't know which did get rid of the smell; to top it all off, they did not think my stove not working on Thanksgiving was an emergency so they didn't come out until Monday (Thanksgiving was on a Thursday)...and since when is holiday/appliance break-down NOT an emergency'!

Do not move here. For your own good and the love of chocolate, D - O - N - T.

My laundry room on site turned out to be through the basement area, up the stairs, and into a new bldg.....ie. NOT on-site (who wants to lug clothes through a basemt and up the stairs)

Someone got killed at the complex this year

Loud angry neighbors around my bldg. (so I heard it)

Maintenance so thoroughly sucks it is a NON issue

Mgmt. not much better

Says dog policy allows size/breed restrictions, but I saw EVERY kind of dog on site; dog owners are disgusting people who never pick up their pet "accidents" so you can not go outside to enjoy the grounds (btwn. the pets and the geese, YUCK)

Too many cars, so after being there over 6 mos. there was *suddenly* no place to park although quite a few cars were obviously not running and in carport spaces (for years I suspect, due to the dust levels)
