Well, you cannot disagree with certain facts:
Somebody's car was recently stolen, this is a fact !
There are bugs in many apartments, this is also a fact !
Want to know another fact' Here it is:
When we moved in here 3-4 years ago (even before you knew Green Brier), we did so because the location was good and the ratings were more than 80%. This is a fact !
The rating has dropped because the management company has decided to save money by staffing the office with inexperienced and rude kids that like to call themselves "managers" !
The dumpster across the street is also "around the corner" from north campus. Location by itself doesn't make a great community. The people and so called "managers" and "maintenance personnel" are also very important factors that you simply forgot to comment on.
