My husband and I lived in a one bedroom for a year and then transferred to a two bedroom for a year and a half. We love Greenbrier. You can barely hear your neighbords. The maintenence staff is super helpful. I never felt unsafe, and infact, my husband was totally okay with me going to the parking lot late. For the price with heat included, its really unbeatable. The only downfall is the lack of parking..but otherwise, we found this place to be very cozy, comfortable, and close to everything. We are moving to Va next month and as we have searched for new apartments, we are realizing what a great deal Greenbrier is. I used to even bring my gym class to play in the field in front of the tennis courts. It's really a nice community and I used to love how people/family used to come visit and be impressed by the well maintained grounds and apartments. We got a discount price on an apartment because it was one close to 23...but we never heard any noise. They also clean the snow very quickly and prepare for any bad weather. Although the laundry machines are pricey, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Greenbrier and will look back at the times fondly.

One note, I have to say that the maintenence crew is excellent. They really go out of their way to make sure all is well the first time and come out very quickly. Though we had issues with our garbage disposal and dishwasher, they never took more than a day to get it corrected. They even just installed a new dishwasher. Point is---we never felt any dissatisfaction in that regard. And they are super friendly.

On the other hand, The office staff is not as competent, but they are there if you need them. They have had a lot of changeover in the 3 years we have been there. I would say they are courteous, but they definately are not into being friendly.

Regardless of the office staff, Greenbrier is Definately a great place. The apartment, community, size of the apartment, quality of the structure, and maintenence staff have made it a nice place to be.
