I lived in a 2 br/2 bath apartment with a roommate for 1 year, and we had a good experience overall. Rent was expensive, but it was great to have a parking space in a garage included with that. There is not a lot of closet space except in the two bedrooms, but there is a small laundry room... it was great not having to pay for laundry. The apartment had lots of great details like a breakfast bar, crown molding, and a gas fireplace. I did have some problems with noise because our apartment was right next to the entrance to the building, and I could constantly hear people coming in and out.
The workout facility was large and clean and available 24/7 to residents. The staff could be annoying at times, but no major problems. Overall, I would recommend living here if you can afford it!
