Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Office staff are, at best, incompetent. Repairs take more than one attempt. There has been at least 3 changes in management in the 3 years that I have lived here. They are making repairs, especially with the siding, that have improved the appearance of the places, but I have had too many mediocre experiences to give my enthusiastic recommendation. Expensive.
