If you're thinking about moving to Harbor House, I'd think 2 0r maybe even 3 more times. The buildings are a mess, broken shutters, & ceiling tiles in the garage falling all the time. The appliances are old, & my heat goes out all the time. The hallways are dark, & my buildings garage door doesn't open half the time. Making myself as well as my neighbors late for work on several occassions. If you have a complaint, don't bother telling the office staff. The only person ever there is the leasing consultant, and he can't solve problems because he doesn't have the power to. The Property Manager is never here. If you call to speak with her, she's always out of the office and NEVER returns calls. The only thing good about this place is the maintenace guy. He always responds to requests and is a real good guy. If it weren't for him, I would have broken my lease after living here for 2 months. I most definately will not be renewing though.
