We lived in apartment 402 Harbor House. I think the building was structurally damaged. The student who used to live above our house used to make noise at weird hours... 2am and 3am at times and the sound used to vibrate and seep into our apartment. It was so bad that even when he walked, we could make out where the guy above us is walking and the vibration was unbearable... Very very annoying.
Besides, in peak winter ( Feb ) the water heater broke and they took 3 days to fix it. Then it broke again in April... The rent is very exorbitant for the sq foot area of the apartment. Plus they had some weird rules about charging a fee if the payment reached them later than 4th. Well, you can't help it if there is a weekend in between and the banks don't work....
The only best part was the parking and storage area they provide underground. That is sooper kewl.
