We've lived here for about a year and a half, and really like the place. The maintenance is really fast and good, which is important. The office staff is nice, and very helpful. The complex itself is very quiet, as it's near a woodsy/grassy area. The walking/running trails nearby are good, too, and it's walking distance to the AATA bus stop. It's not perfect (the garage door stuck once, and the hallway is a little messy), but it's a really nice place for quiet folks.

Thank you for the nice words. As management, we agree with the comments on the garage doors and hall ways. We have recently begun the upgrades on the hallways by installing all new light fixtures. The next step is scheduled cleaning/painting of hallways and then replacement of carpet. We hope to have all building hallways completed within the next few months. Aspen Square Management acquired Harbor House Apartments on 5-7-09 and now that the "busy" season is over, our residents will see more upgrades and improvements throughtout the next few months.
