We have been hear for about 5 months now. We have had some issues, broken fridge, broken garbage disposal, but they were taken care of quickly. I love the open floor plan as well. One of the few problems happened during the summer when we realized we had pretty bad air conditioning, but this can be expected from most any apartment. I honestly can not beat the location to school and work. We hope to stay for as long as we can afford it.
