Too many things went wrong

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived in Homestead Commons for a year, during which (1) my air conditioning unit broke (twice), (2) my kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, (3) my toilet stopped flushing (three times), and (4) I had rodents in the apartment (twice). It was a truly horrible experience that I would NEVER want to repeat. While the management is very nice, and were prompt about fixing everything, I was always worried about what was going to break next. Avoid and look elsewhere.
