I lived here for a year,the other reviewers experience was different than mine. The walls are cinder block so you might expect quite, no luck, you hear people leaving and entering there apartment. It is not safe in my opinion, no locks to get in the complex, dark hallways and dark parking lot. Parking is fine, never had a problem. Grounds were not kept up well, a sign of absentee management. Laundry on site but be prepared to dry clothes twice. The apartment is livable but not for $795, the internet that comes with apartment is annoyingly slow to the point I considered going with someone else. If you are in a pinch these will do for a year but I would recommend looking elsewhere.
