Huron Towers is only about 2 miles from UM central campus, and walking distance to north campus.

There is ample parking (though sometimes the lot gets full late at night). There is also garage parking for an extra fee.

Noise is hardly ever a problem.

Management is prompt to fix any problems you might have. Example: when my roomies and I first moved in, the refrigerator broke a few days later. We complained to the management office about how all the food in the frig had consequently spoiled due to the broken frig. They deducted our rent for that month equal to the value of the food in the frig that got spoiled. Another time we had a broken fuse, and that was replaced ASAP.

Huron Towers has ridiculously low crime rate (according to Ann Arbor Observer's monthly crime rate map over the couple of years). This is a major plus. Other places have ridiculously high crime, and I'm not even talking about places in Ypsi.

I'm thinking about moving back there this year.
