The Best Place to live in Ann Arbor

I recently moved from my spacious apartment in Huron Towers to a smaller attic space on central campus. Now I miss the luxury of Huron Towers. I had an entirely positive experience at HT with respect to a highly effective maintenance team, low to imperceptible noise levels, lovely surroundings, great community and the multitude of resources available to residents within the buildings.
Kim and Miriam, especially, in the main office try to be helpful, professional and resourceful. If you have a problem with anything, they will see to it that it gets addressed as promptly and effectively as possible with the maintenance guys' help. Dolores, the manager, who is responsible for the tenant appreciation party in early September, seems very emotionally invested in HT and does her best to help tenants in whatever ways she can.
HT, hands down, has the best pool in Ann Arbor. The pool is kept extremely clean and is lovely, overlooking the Huron River and the biking trails. It is opened to residents as early as possible in the season and is closed as late as possible. The maintenance crews try to be very sensitive and understanding to the needs of the residents, and this is certainly reflected in their care of the pool and grounds.
The cafe on the ground level of building B in HT has underrated service, quality and elegance. If you are a coffee lover, a connoisseur of Mexican food, or an appreciator of plain, good service, this cafe is the place to visit.
The gym in HT is fully equipped with state-of-the-art treadmills, cycling machines, weights and other fitness paraphernalia. I like the ample TVs set-up with full cable that can be watched while you enjoy your exercise routine with the head sets provided. The fitness room is kept, as is everything in HT, in impeccable condition.
And, lastly, my favorite aspect of life in HT was my apartment; my huge, charming apartment with a full balcony.
If you want luxury, move to Huron Towers.
