It has been quite a while since I lived here, but it was probably the best place that I rented in my 5 years in school (and I moved every year!). The only reason I left was because I graduated and bought a house.

I am selling my house and considering renting here again -- that is how satisfied I was.

Pros:
Quiet. Only problem was the folks above us seemed to walk very loudly.

Well-kept. Grounds were always nice.

Private entrance.

Large washer/dryer. Fantastic!

Parking. I never had any problems, even though the lot looks kinda small.

Fireplace. I would expect to pay a lot more for an apt with a fire place. It was cool to have one.

Cons:
Pool is not much of a pool. Very small and I never used it.

I'd recommend this place definitely.
