Good Place to Live

Yes, this year has been quite cold, and the snow never seemed to end. That's why the gas bill hike like ever before. If you have three people in house, each person can sometimes pay up to about 100 bucks for electricity bill. However, if you truly watch out the time you use the heater and not, and turn off the heater during daytime, each person only have to pay for about 30 to 50 bucks of electricity bill, which is quite reasonable.
Over the summer, the electricity bill is actually cheaper because we dont' use gas to heat.
The whole place has A/C control, but during summer, you don't really need A/C to cool down the place. Just open the window and gentle breeze will carry in.
We live on second floor, and the place is very clean when we moved in. Some kitchen floor tiles came off, but staff replaced our old one in a timely fashion.
The parking space is ample, and it is a very nice and safe place to live if you ask me :)
