I lived in Ironwood from Dec 07'-May 09'. I rented a 1 bedroom apartment.

Some of the things that I loved:
- It was ALWAYS quiet! I never heard a thing and it was excellent to stay and study when it was snowing.
- Having my private entrance
- Employees were really nice and friendly and always answered to problems pretty fast.
- Having washer/dryer on unit (even though they didn't work too well)
- If you authorize them, they could stay with your big packages (mail) so you don't need to worry for any thing you will be expecting.


Things I didn't like (especially for all the pricey rent):
- Insulation was extremely poor! Expect a huge bill during winter (which is like for 6 months)
- Washer and Dryer didn't work well. I had them to fixed them 2 times but they never worked too good. It would take like more than an hour to dry clothes.
- It was expensive for just one person but to be honest all the "peace" and tranquility was worth it...

If you have the money, I would definitely recommend it!!!
