Would Love To Live Here Again

I've lived here for 2.5 years and if it wasn't for getting a job out of state I would still be here. I've lived in some real dives over the years in different college towns and I can say without any reservations that this has been by far the best place I've ever lived. The apartments are very spacious with lots of storage room and huge closets. I lived in a one bedroom and whenever I would have friends over they would all be very jealous of how much space I had.
The grounds are well kept and in the winter the complexes streets and sidewalks are plowed well before the city streets. As a grad student I really appreciated how quite this complex is, I rarely ever heard noise from my upstairs neighbors and I really enjoyed being right across the street from the library and a 5 minute walk form my bus line.
Laura in the office and Todd in maintenance are always helpful and friendly. One late night in the middle of winter my heat went out and Todd came over right away to fix it.
This is Michigan and the weather is cold. While I lived here we broke record snowfalls so it makes sense in the winter that the heating bill is a little high, but I would gladly pay a higher heating bill to live in a spacious, quiet apartment. In the summer my AC bills never get above $50/ month with the thermostat set at 75 but this may be because I was in a first floor apt. without the vaulted ceilings.
It's also nice to have a washer/dryer in your apartment although the dryer does take a while to dry your cloths.
Overall I would highly recommend this apartment if you want somewhere to live that is quiet, conveniently located, and has a great staff.
