Cheap, questionable neighborhood...

The maintenance is quick, the office staff is friendly, the apartments look nice for the price, but the neighborhood is shady. The police are here often for various reasons. I have called the police out here myself on a few occasions, one of which was a fight in the parking lot that ended with at least one person leaving in an ambulance. It's better than Ypsilanti, but if you can afford it I would look elsewhere.
