This will be what you will be saying after the first month. The walls are way too thin, and you can hear your neighbors do everything from taking a shower to watching television. The office staff never sends anybody if you have problems. I like what someone else already said, because the office staff does act like they care, but they don't. The rent is reasonable, but for twenty bucks more you can move a little further into Ypsi and get much more safety and quality of living. The hallways always smell like something or other, and the neighbors aren't the friendliest. We originally picked this place because the place was affordable, we had a cat, and the demos were nice looking. If only we knew about all the other problems!!! Not worth it. People have actually walked by our door to see if it is unlocked--we were in the apartment! I'm a student, so i've lived in some crap holes, but this one takes the cake. Watch out too, because they keep changing the name of this place...it used to be called something else, because the name is always associated every couple of years negatively.
