This place is just awful. I have lived here for almost a year now and I can't wait to get out of this apartment community. From the minute you drive into Evergreen Pointe (now called Evergreen to try and change their image, pleeeease!)there are shady looking people standing by their cars and at the entrances to the buildings in large groups. It always looks as if there is a drug deal going down (and probably is). My neighbor across the hall spends the majority of her evening hanging out in the hallway in front of her apartment fighting with her friends and boyfriend rather than inside her apartment. I have gone to the office several times to complain about this as well as an incident where she was physically abusing her dog and they have done nothing! They don't even have record of my complaints in her file because no one bothered to do anything with it. They recently asked her to stay for another year regardless of the mountain of complaints made by myself and all the other tenants in the building.
Completely incompetant office staff who are more concerned about filling vacancies rather than filling them with decent people. Beware of Evergreen Pointe and read all the other negative reviews.
