Apartment is shoddily constructed. Some buildings are noisier than others- loud people seem to come and go. Maintenance is quick to fix plumbing problems, but our building hasn?t had screens in the hallway windows for more than a year. Location is great, which is why we stay. Never had a problem with shady people, etc....(knock wood)



Not bad for the money, but not top of the line, either.
