good cost, not so great service

The apt's are very ceap. And very close to everything in town you need. There are five grocery stores within two city blocks radius. It is also three minites to 23 or 94. However it is not a very goodneighborhood. There is a lot of destrction done to the buildings by residents. (the window in our hall has been busted twice in two years) And it is NOT a quiet place to live. (Make sure you get a bedroom that is not directly under a out door light. It also take a while for matience to fix anything. The neighborhood is one of the most diverse around.
