NEVER EVER MOVE HERE!!!!

I have lived in Evergreen Pointe since March of 2002, and have never been happy. A month after I lived there my stove was smoking real bad. I called maintence and the told me that I would have to clean the stove when I cleaned it there was about 5 inches of tar. Then, a week or so later my stove caught on fire while cooking dinner. Never the less maintence replaced my stove and told me it was my fault for not cleaning my stove earlier. I only lived there for a month.
My heat never works, the "security" door is never working. Noise is a HUGE problem. People are always fighting in the hallway, outside and I've even heard people yelling from apartment to apartment in confrontational matters. I hate it here and would never move to a McKinley property.
Mold, Noise, Poor staff, and rude people are all reasons why you should never move to Evergreen Pointe.
