serious maintenance issues

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
after 4 weeks of complaining about maintenance issues we finally had to with hold rent they promptly took care of these issues that included (among other things)a few serious security issues like a gap in the door through which you could see into the hallway, they rectified this situation by gluing a type of styrofoam in the gap... we were very disappointed...
