Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
I've been living here for amost 4 years. I've have noticed at least in my building (#3) things have improved when it comes to maintence. One BIG complaint: The walls are too thin. You can hear your neighbors TV and stereo 24/7. It's great for pets (cats). And our laundry area is always clean but the machines don't always work. Appliances are old, the only way to get a new one is is the old one breaks down.
