If you have thought about renting from this establishment, I am pleading you to reconsider. I unfortunately have nothing good to say about this community. The leasing and customer service staff is unfriendly and more often than not, unwilling to help with any problems. Vanessa, Amy, Will, and Ann are the people you will deal with most often, and unfortunately it is clear that none of them have been trained in customer service skills. Maintenance is also an issue, since most requests are simply disregarded and those that are actually attended to take more than a month for someone to check out. Yet when they decide to actually fix something within the building, you receive no notice that the water will be turned off for more than six hours. Management has no control over noise levels or crime within the community, and make no effort to improve this. The laundry facilities are not maintained or kept up in any way, so most residents in my building are still using laundromats. I am counting the days until my lease ends so that my frustion will finally stop. I have lived in Spicetree Apartments a few years ago and can attest that their staff is more competent, the price is comparable, and maintenance is by far superior.
