Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Many black people wandering around even in the late night. People are doing drug all the time. I always smell something in the hallway, and someone else told me it was drug smell. Many kids play in the parking lot (football, basketball.....).
It was very noisy (loud music, loud talking and shouting....) too even in the late night (1-2 am) sometimes.
No game room, no fitting facility, only a pool open very short in a year.
The apartment management threw out quite some residents' property due to some reason (no payments'')
Utility is expensive since the rent doesn't include anything except the house. You have to pay from water, electricity, trash fee, drain......
I also had extremely bad experience with the management. They look nice but not really. They only care about money.
The bonus for recommendation is only $200 while many other apartment complex is $500.
